Vida Group Samui is a villa services company based in Bophut, Koh Samui. We provide pest control for private villas across Koh Samui on a monthly schedule. Our team of 9 staff looks after more than 30 villas on the island.

How much does pest control cost on Koh Samui?
Annual pest control contracts on Koh Samui start from 18,000 THB per year for a smaller villa, covering one treatment visit per month. Most villas fall between 18,000 and 23,000 THB per year depending on size. Contact us for a quote.
How often do you treat a villa?
We treat a villa once per month, which is 12 visits per year under the standard contract. Snake repellent is applied once per month as part of the same visit.
What pests do you treat?
Our monthly service treats mosquitoes, ants, rats, scorpions and crawling insects, with an external treatment using a backpack motor machine plus a full internal spray. Snake repellent is applied once per month. Termite treatment is available as a separate service.
Do you treat termites?
Yes, we do termite treatment, but it is a separate service and is not included in the monthly pest control visit. Termites need a different treatment to general insects, so we quote termite work per villa. Contact us and we will come and look at the property.
Is the treatment safe for guests and pets?
Treatments are applied by trained staff and the villa can normally be used again a few hours after the internal spray. Tell us in advance if there are pets or young children so we can plan the visit.
Do you remove bee or wasp nests?
No, bee and wasp nest removal is not included in our pest control service. Everything listed under what a treatment covers is included.
What happens if the pests come back?
If pests come back within 3 days of a treatment we return and treat again at no charge. This is our 3 day return guarantee. Contact us on WhatsApp and we will book the return visit.

Do you do one off treatments or only yearly contracts?
We normally work on annual contracts with monthly visits, but one off treatments can be arranged. Contact us to discuss.
