Green pool recovery
A green pool is a pool where algae has taken hold, usually because the water has gone untreated or the filter has not been running. We test the water, correct the chemical balance, treat the algae, brush the tiles and walls, and run and clean the filter until the water is clear again. The time needed depends on the size of the pool and how bad the algae is. Once the water is clear we put the pool on a weekly or twice weekly schedule so it stays that way. If your villa is on our monthly service this is part of what we do, at no extra cost.

How much does pool cleaning cost on Koh Samui?
Monthly pool service on Koh Samui starts from 2,500 THB per month with chemicals and salt included. Small pools are 2,500 THB, standard pools 3,000 THB and large pools 3,500 THB, depending on the size of the pool. Contact us for a quote on your villa.
How often should a villa pool be cleaned?
A villa pool on Koh Samui should be cleaned once a week, and twice a week if the villa is rented out or the pool sits under trees. We work a fixed route with set days, so your villa is serviced on the same day or days every week.
Do you fix green pools?
Yes, we recover green pools and bring them back to clear water. If your villa is already on our monthly pool service this is included, we just sort it out. We only charge extra if the pool went green because the pump or filter broke down, or something outside the regular service, and we always tell you the cost before we start anything.
Do you supply the chemicals?
Yes. Chemicals and salt are included in the monthly price, so there is nothing extra for you to buy and nothing added to your invoice later.
Do you service salt water pools?
Yes, we service salt water pools, and salt system service is part of our standard pool service. The salt is included in the monthly price.
Which areas of Koh Samui do you cover?

Can you clean the pool while guests are staying?
Yes, we clean pools while guests are staying, and this is normal at the villas we look after. We work a fixed route with set days, so the villa and the guests know which day the team will come.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Pool service runs month to month and is billed monthly. We agree the visit days, and you can stop any time. Pest control is different and runs on an annual contract.
Who do I contact if the pump or filter breaks?
Call or WhatsApp us and we will check it on the next visit or sooner if it is urgent. Inspection is part of the regular service. Parts and repair work are quoted separately before we do anything.
